Product Policies & Expectations

Cameo Line has proudly provided quality decorated merchandise for decades. If you or your customer experiences any quality concerns with an order, please contact our customer service team so we can work with you toward a resolution.

To help ensure a smooth ordering experience, please review the following production policies and expectations.

General Product & Decoration Policies

  • Basic product features, styles, and color shades are subject to slight variation. Due to normal manufacturing differences on imported items, exact style and color matches cannot be guaranteed.
  • Decorated products are hand-printed. Slight variations in imprint location, ink coverage, pressure, or print shade may occur, including within the same shipment.
  • Since all products are custom decorated, returns cannot be accepted without prior factory authorization. If any concerns arise upon delivery, please contact our office for assistance.
  • Standard ballpoint pen shelf life is approximately 12 months.
  • Cameo Line is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural events, or government agencies.
  • Decorated orders cannot be cancelled, refused, or returned once artwork proofs and order details have been approved.
  • Buyer agrees that all claims must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted without factory authorization.
  • Our standard adhesion testing method follows ASTM Tape Test D3359. We are not responsible for damage caused by destructive testing methods, including scratching with fingernails, sharp objects, or hard materials.

Drinkware Care & Printing Notes

  • Due to the curved surface of drinkware products, shapes such as circles and squares may appear slightly distorted when printed.
  • Hand wash only. High temperatures and pressure from dishwashers may damage the imprint and are not recommended.
