Artwork Guidelines

Artwork & Proof Policies

Please review the following artwork submission and proofing guidelines.

Submitting production-ready artwork with your purchase order helps us process and proof your order faster.

Submitting Artwork

  • Please submit artwork files together with your purchase order so we can prepare your proof as soon as the order is entered.
  • If artwork is emailed separately, please use the PO number as the subject line for proper order matching.
  • Artwork files should be submitted in PDF format whenever possible.
  • Single-color jobs: Logos should be provided in solid black and white artwork only. Halftones and grayscale elements are not recommended.
  • Live fonts should be converted to outlines to prevent font substitutions or style changes during proof preparation.
  • If live fonts are submitted, Cameo Line cannot be responsible for font substitutions or style variations caused by missing fonts.

Digital Proofs

  • We want to ensure everyone is on the same page. A complimentary digital proof will be emailed once the order is entered.
  • Digital proofs are provided at no charge for every decorated order.
  • Please reply directly to the proof email with Approved or with any requested revisions.
  • To help keep your order linked correctly in our system, please do not alter the email subject line when responding.

Physical Proofs / Pre-Production Samples

  • If a physical pre-production proof or sample is required, please contact Customer Service for pricing and production timelines.

Artwork File Storage & Usage

  • We retain artwork files for future reorders, so artwork generally does not need to be resubmitted unless revisions are required.
  • Artwork, logos, trademarks, and designs shown on sample products are for demonstration purposes only and do not imply endorsement, authorization, or production for the trademark owners.
Please Note: Production will not begin until final artwork approval has been received.
